Belgian producer Dokho, also known as Fast Distance, made his Monsteract debut today with his melodic house EP, ‘Changing.’
Arriving as the third release under his new alias, ‘Changing’ takes listeners on an ethereal journey through an intricately crafted soundscape characterized by organic instruments, warm synths, and bright atmospheric pads.
A blueprint for his next sonic chapter, the title track “Changing” effortlessly blends genres drawing inspiration from trance, melodic house, and progressive house. With its lush melodies, club-driven energy, and cinematic samples, the package caters to the after-hours-goer and the headphone listener alike.
Dokho shares, “With my new ‘Dokho’ project, I wanted to show the deeper side of my music. This EP is the product of that, a mixture of progressive and melodic house with trancy influences.”
