Rising singer-songwriter and all-around pop talent Drew Schiff announces the release of his new single ‘Ride The Wave’, out today.

The self-penned song is the third to be released by 23-year-old Schiff, whose previous singles ‘Ray-Bans’ and ‘It’s Just today’ have earned him well over 100,000 streams on Spotify and chart placement in the US.

‘Ride The Wave’ continues Drew’s run of pop perfection, drawing on his personal experiences of love in an imperfect world. He says: “The song’s message is that no matter what your past is, what society tells you who you should (or shouldn’t) be or if you feel that you’re not good enough, as long as you’re here with me we can deal with it all, together we will become the eye of the storm.”

Truly independent in every sense of the word, Drew is a pop star with an unconventional story. Born in Hungary to German and Spanish parents, he was rejected by his biological family and chose to leave home in his teens. Moving to London and working a range of jobs from clothes stores to coffee shops, Drew began building a new life free from the shackles of his past before starting to split his time between London and New York. Truly determined and incredibly bright, Drew has since self-funded his education and graduated from Harvard & UCL with a degree in political science.

Over the last two years, Drew has found the confidence and drive to focus on his true passion: music. Writing, recording and performing constantly, he has amassed a huge and dedicated following online, currently including an army of over 150,000 fans on Instagram.

Releasing ‘Ride The Wave’ shortly before the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, Drew will be dedicating all proceeds from the single to the Stonewall Community Foundation.
