Calling all freaks…
“I’m a Freak” by Henry Fong & ANG just landed on Dim Mak Records. The song is a powerful tech house record featuring edgy rave synths, hypnotic basslines, and vivacious vocals from Kazhi perfect for the club.
On how the collaboration came about, Henry Fong explains, “I randomly met up with ANG at a studio session, totally unplanned…they were working at my friend Splyce’s awesome studio in Topanga right down my street, and he told me to roll through. I walked into the studio, they played me some acapella and we just started to get to work…then the idea we made was so sick we just had to finish it and met up again that week!”
Producer duo ANG adds, “Working on this song in the studio with Henry was such a fun experience; our creative instincts instantly clicked once we started working. We made this song for all the party people and rave “freaks” that we love so much. It is a true dancefloor weapon that we will be playing around the world this year. All the freaks GO!”
