UK duo Leftwing : Kody are the latest artists to remix the Duke Dumont smash ‘The Power’, out now via Virgin EMI Records.

Centred around a euphoric piano riff, Leftwing : Kody deliver a feelgood, hands-in-the-air take on ‘The Power’, whilst losing none of the emotive elements that make the original so special.

Multi-Grammy-nominated Dumont has amassed over 2 billion streams across his back-catalogue of previous anthems, scoring huge success with platinum-selling UK #1 singles ‘Need U (100%)’ and ‘I Got U’. Duke has also produced ‘Swish Swish’, the biggest single from Katy Perry’s Prism album.

Currently at the tail-end of a typically hectic summer, Duke has performed at a slew of high-profile festivals and clubs over the past few months, from Asia to America, as well as his Las Vegas residency. Looking ahead, he has gigs in New York (9th Nov), Sydney (16th Nov), San Francisco (23rd Nov) and Washington DC (6th Dec) before the end of the year.

Two talented artists in their own right, Leftwing : Kody have rapidly ascended through the dance music ranks since forming in 2012, culminating in last year’s ‘Snap Back’, a single that became Desolat’s best-selling track. This year they went one better with smash hit ‘I Feel It’, a track that has so far amassed 7 million streams on Spotify alone.

Harking back to the golden years of rave with its irresistible piano keys, the Leftwing : Kody remix of ‘The Power’ looks poised to take dance-floors by storm.
