LVTHER Returns with “This Love”

After making waves in 2016 with his single “Some Kind of Magic”, LVTHER returns to the fold with the swooning single, “This Love”.

The incredibly funk-fueled Indie-Dance tune is a downtempo Summery tune that embodies LVTHER’s jubilant sound. With Spring and Summer on the horizon, LVTHER has us certainly ready for the change of seasons.

It’s only natural that someone raised in a deeply entrenched musically diverse home has the itch to constantly expand their own soundscape. That is exactly what Lewis Dransfield has done as he adds his new project LVTHER to balance out the already successful TwoThirds moniker.

The English producer found success with TwoThirds fairly early as he continued to grow and mature as an individual as well as a musician. And now having finished his University degree in a Music Technology, LVTHER marks that maturation stage of his production. This is not to say that TwoThirds is abandoned, but rather given a
ying to its yang. Paying homage to the great Luther Vandross, Lewis intends for LVTHER to exhibit some elements that came from those ages, especially that of analogue production. This project is not only a duality in the sense of separate projects, but an expansion of creative spheres in which Lewis Dransfield as an individual musician can reach across boundaries and continue to expand the landscape of electronic music.
