No Etiquette is putting their stamp on the drum & bass scene with a powerful new EP on Bassrush Records.

‘Revival’ is a six-track effort that solidifies the duo’s status as one of the most impressive names to be tearing through the industry.

With their relaunch last year, the L.A.-based production pair have become mainstays on the Bassrush imprint. They made their debut at the tail-end of 2022 with “Hit Em,” which was hand-selected by the Prototypes for their ‘Interaction’ compilation, and quickly followed up with “Head Rearranger” on the incredible ‘Prophecy’ compilation. Building further excitement for the EP, No Etiquette unveiled their first standalone single with the label, the gripping and hard-hitting “All To You.” All three tracks have kept the anticipation bubbling for what’s next for the D&B outfit, and they now find a home alongside three other unreleased gems. The entire project blends an emotional hook with an energetic drum and bass core for an unforgettable ride.

Setting the tone, “All of Your Love” is a high-powered anthem that fuses deep layers of emotion with unbridled energy. The stripped-back opening allows listeners to become completely engulfed in the captivating vocal performance. The lyrics center around fighting for an irresistible love, and No Etiquette build a sound palette befitting of the swirling emotions. The echoing vocals give way to a high-octane jump-up drop that’s complete with aggressive distorted synth leads, fuzzy electric guitar riffs, large Reese bass, and choppy percussion.

No Etiquette keeps it short but to the point when reflecting on the track, saying, “‘All of Your Love’ is one of our favorite tracks we’ve produced. It embraces emotion and energy the way we like it.”

The project’s lead standalone single “All To You” combines heartfelt vocals, striking melodies, and heavy-hitting drops. The emotional vocal sets the stage with impassioned lyrics that are riddled with heartache. The hook echoes and amplifies the emotional punch, while strong claps, surging synths, and distorted riffs shift the tone. Tearing basslines, chunky drums, and gritty sound design rip over the chopped vocal tones to create a dark yet energetic intensity. The battle between sentimental and sinister rages throughout, resulting in a thrilling sonic adventure that’s nothing short of spectacular.

No Etiquette shares the reason why it’s one of their personal favorites from the package, stating, “It’s vibey and extremely heavy.”

“Can You Feel It” helps to showcase another side of the duo’s sound. Less vocal-driven, this one really allows the production to shine through. Gritty, industrial-inspired sound design rips over pulsing bass, chest-pumping chants, and bumping drums. Calm keys and distant vocals offset the intense energy felt through the drops creating a striking balance.

“‘Can You Feel It’ hits hard and weird. We’re pleased to add this one onto our EP with Bassrush as it helps round out the more vocal-driven songs with something more instrumental-driven and purely hard-hitting,” No Etiquette says expanding on the track.

Easily the project’s most addictive and infectious cut, “Falling For You” pairs a pop-leaning vocal performance with a potent jump-up backbone. The lyrics are alluring and incredibly catchy, painting pictures of a vivid blooming love. The production amplifies the intensity with a hypnotizing lead synth, frenetic percussion, and pumping low-end.

The duo pull back the curtain on the track saying, “We’re honored to have one of our first tracks that we created for the return of No Etiquette to feature on Bassrush. We couldn’t have asked for a better home and are super excited for everyone to hear this one along with the rest of the EP.”

Rounding out the project are the previous releases “Head Rearranger” and “Hit Em.” Both tracks up the intensity and darkness replacing the emotive appeal of the former works with pure grittiness and blistering bass. “Head Rearanger” is an experimental banger with pounding kick drums, dizzying melodics, mind-melting sound design, and brutish bass. Living up to its name, the track is assured to leave your brain blown. “Hit Em” brings the project to a close as a relentless DnB weapon that’s primed for set destruction. The pulse-raising finale further showcases No Etiquette’s range with extreme force.

Drifting from moving and energetic, to straight-up devastating, No Etiquette’s ‘Revival’ is a statement-making body of work that serves to bring the pair to the forefront of talent in the North American drum and bass scene.

Los Angeles duo No Etiquette have opted to remain largely under the radar, letting their music do all the talking. They first began making waves back in 2018 with collaborations alongside heavy-hitters like LICK, Neo Fresco, Tommie Sunshine, and One True God. They have been making waves with their live sets as of late, providing support for iconic acts including Nero, Lektrique, ATLiens, and more. Their new EP showcases the incredible future that lies on the horizon for the duo. It arrives in anticipation of their recently announced appearance at this year’s EDC Las Vegas, as they kick on the afterburners during their set on the crowd-favorite Boombox Art Car.

No Etiquette’s new EP ‘Revival’ is available on all platforms via Bassrush Records.
