Paul Conversano, known in the electronic music world as RAVENSCOON, is excited to announce the release of his highly anticipated 18-track album, ‘PERIPHERY’.

This groundbreaking DJ and producer, celebrated for his eclectic fusion of death metal, hip-hop, punk rock, and experimental bass music, has devoted the last 18 months to carefully crafting this immersive musical journey.

‘PERIPHERY’ is a testament to RAVENSCOON’s planning and long-term vision. Dating back to 2019, he has consistently expressed his ambition to produce a cohesive body of work around which he could structure a headline tour. After a year of writing, followed by months of meticulous mixing and mastering in collaboration with Seth Drake (Production credits for Gucci Mane, Mersiv, among others), ‘PERIPHERY’ stands as a reflection of this vision realized.

Drawing from the nostalgic roots of 2010’s iconic bass albums like NERO’s ‘Welcome Reality’ and Pretty Lights’ ‘A Color Map of the Sun’, ‘PERIPHERY’ presents a bass music experience designed for the mind and soul. The album is both diverse and cohesive, showcasing RAVENSCOON’s creative ambition and dedication to pushing the boundaries of the modern bass music scene.

RAVENSCOON’s innovative release strategy aims to provide each of the 18 tracks its individual spotlight. The album will be rolled out in four distinct thematic EPs, allowing the audience to absorb the story piece by piece. The four thematic EPs are titled BODY, HEART, MIND, and SOUL, with cinematic visualizers crafted by renowned cinematographer Magela Crosignani (Cowboys & Aliens (2011), The Fountain (2006), and The Number 23 (2007)) to augment the experience.

In celebration of the release of ‘PERIPHERY’, RAVENSCOON will embark on a 35+ city headline tour, the Periphery Tour, organized by Wasserman Music. The tour features a carefully curated lineup that reflects RAVENSCOON’s community-centric ethos. From local acts to artists representing diverse backgrounds, each performance promises a unique, inclusive experience.

RAVENSCOON’s transition from corporate America to the world of electronic music is an inspiring testament to his passion and dedication. Leaving a successful career in digital marketing at CBS Digital to pursue his love for music, RAVENSCOON has carved out a unique path in the industry. His deep connection to his southern roots and dedication to his craft are reflected in his live performances, offering an unprecedented fusion of genres.

Beyond music, RAVENSCOON is a vocal advocate for mental health, harm reduction, therapy, and responsible substance use. Open about his battles with Bipolar II disorder and his journey to sobriety, he celebrates over four years of being sober. RAVENSCOON also uses his platform to speak up on critical social issues such as reproductive health rights, rights for immigrants, and ending homelessness.

In the lead-up to the album release, fans can expect a unique engagement strategy. RAVENSCOON’s 600+ private Facebook album promotion fan-group members will share cryptic tweets and movie trailer assets on Instagram, Twitter, & TikTok, fostering intrigue and anticipation for the album. He will also utilize grassroots hype from the more than 7,500 members of his larger artist fan group, “The Raven’s Nest”

RAVENSCOON’s meteoric growth across social media platforms and streaming services since January 2020 is a testament to his dedicated fan engagement, consistency, and innovative approach to music. Excitingly, Ravenscoon also announced his debut headline at the Ogden Theater in CO, a 1,600-capacity venue where he’ll be performing for two nights alongside barnacle boi, brothel., Artifakts, Ian Snow, and others [OGDEN SHOW ASSETS].
