El Paso native RIOT TEN and Mexico City sensation Jessica Audiffred join forces alongside L.A.-based rapper Blvkstn for “Dale” on Bassrush Records.
The single is a celebration of Mexican heritage that defies genres with destructive force.
“Dale” is a testament to the trio of artists’ infinite talents. The horn-laden trap backing sets the foundation with booming bass and punchy drums. Blvkstn delivers boastful bars that’ll make any listener feel like a certified boss. The verse caps off with a blistering dubstep drop that’s riddled with industrial sound design, gunshots, and earthshaking low-end. Blvkstn returns to the forefront to shout-out the collaborators with catchy lyrics before the track transmutes itself into a barrage of warehouse-ready techno. Pounding kick drums anchor the sound and up the intensity. Just when things appear that they can’t get any more insane, “Dale” shifts into its final form with a murderous riddim climax.

Building on the hype, Jessica Audiffred shares: “I think we got inspired by all the Latinos out there always supporting us at festivals, tours, etc. We have such a beautiful community out there and Chris [RIOT TEN] and I wanted to make a banger for them in a way, and we felt like BLVKSTN vocals were amazing; he had such a clear vision of what he wanted to say. Also, BASSRUSH was the perfect fit for this release because it’s such a powerful song and we felt like it was going to be a perfect home for it.”
