English producer and label veteran Rogue made his anticipated return to Monstercat today, with the pop-fueled track, “Guiding Light.”
Following his remix of Sabai’s “Rave New World” and his 10-Year Anniversary track, “Motion,” today marks Rogue’s first original in two years. Over his decade-long legacy on the label, his sound has traversed both Uncaged and Instinct brands, from the hard-hitting highs of trap to the shimmering synths of indie dance.
“Guiding Light” was written about that one person who will always be there when the world is caving in, to help guide you through the storm. It’s a testament to Rogue’s matured musicianship and a promising indication of where he’s headed next.
Rogue shares, “This song has been in the works for a while now, and I’m excited to finally get it out. I love to explore genres, and for me this was a really fun lean into pop. I hope people hear what I was going for with this one.”
