The Tribe Of Good Heroes remixes

London-based music collective The Tribe Of Good reveal 3 remixes for their latest single, the cosmic electronica interpretation of David Bowie and Brian Eno’s 1977 classic ‘Heroes’.

First up is producer and London DJ KDA, who delivers a dancefloor-ready version. KDA holds up a strong musical CV and is best known for his huge number one single Turn The Music Louder (Rumble) featuring vocals from Tinie Tempah and Katy B.

Turkish DJ and producer Mahmut Orhan provides the second mix with a more laidback disco influenced groove and a taste of his homeland with some Turkish charm.

Orhan started working with music in Bursa at the age of 15 and since then has received chart success in Greece, Germany, Poland, Romania, and many others.

The third mix comes from UK producer and DJ extraordinaire GotSome who brings his signature slew of bass-heavy dance floor greatness to the track. Championed by Radio 1’s B.Traits and Annie Mac, GotSome is signed to Defected records with a huge package of remixes from house legend Kenny Dope to Friend Within. More recently known for his collaboration with ‘Godfather of grime’ Wiley to produce ‘Vibe Out’, which was signed to Chase & Status’ label MTA Records.

The Tribe of Good are the secret weapons behind your favourite chart hits. This sprawling supergroup combines vintage soul and disco with modern production techniques to create explosive retro-futurist fireworks that light up the pop horizon. Headed up by Grammy-nominated producer Hal Ritson (Dizzee Rascal, Chemical Brothers, Kanye West, Katy Perry, Duke Dumont, High Contrast,) the group’s ethos is one of unabashed positivity and brawny resistance.

With producers Michele Balduzzi (Phonat – OWSLA), Rich ‘Fiasco’ Adlam (Nas, Cee Lo, Taylor Swift) and Thomas Gandey (Southern Fried, Suara) in tow – and a cast of musicians from Basement Jaxx singer Vula Malinga and Jamiroquai guitarist Rob Harris, to Ritson’s long-time drummer Alex Reeves, The Tribe of Good are the same people you hear day after day on hit records.
