Serbia’s leading trance & progressive producer Vintage & Morelli and U.S-based progressive powerhouse Monoverse have teamed up for their first collaborative release with “Maverick” on Monstercat.
The musical prowess of both artists is on full display as they blend a deep, rich trance bassline with an euphoric progressive melody. With its subtle retro feel, “Maverick” is also a fusion between new and old sounds as the soothing atmospheric pads and synthwave arpeggiators add a touch of nostalgia to this unique listening experience. Legendary trance duo Aly & Fila have shown early radio support for the tune on their fan-favourite show, Future Sound of Egypt.
Vintage & Morelli shares, “I have always been fascinated by 80s music and that era in general. “Maverick” is the product of a collision between my music and modern technology with the retro aesthetic. I’m extremely happy to team up with my longtime friend Santos (aka Monoverse) to realize this vision.”
