Alex Di Stefano’s gig at kitty Su Mumbai was highly anticipated, and it turned out to be every bit as good as we expected it to be.
The venue with its casual yet elegant ambience and set up, was as delightful as it was fun. Known for his dynamic tech trance sets, Alex Di Stefano’s set was eagerly awaited by everyone present. Prior to Alex, the night was being lit up by DJ Priyanjana, who maintained the energy of the crowd till then with groovy tech house and techno.
Soon, Alex took over the booth and thereafter, the crowd. Needless to say as the BPM was rising, so was the energy of the people. Everyone was at their feet in a few minutes, dancing and having fun as Alex played tracks with heavy baselines & energetic yet bouncy drops such as – I’ve got the power (Original Mix), Pulse (Original Mix) etc. Even Nikhil Chinapa was spotted at the venue. Time flew by as Alex played techtrance and techno, and before we knew it, the set was over. It was a great experience. In a nutshell, this was definitely the place to be this Friday night. Hope he makes his way to Mumbai soon.
