This July, Regenerate kicks off another exciting season of nightlife events and parties with their first international booking – Dauwd, an accomplished name in the upper echelons of electronic music.

The US-born and Welsh raised producer and DJ has had a six year run of excellent releases on labels that include the likes of ‘Kompakt’, ‘Ghostly International’ and most recently Ninja Tune’s sub-label ‘Technicolor’ on which his excellent debut album ‘Theory of colours’ has been released.

Dauwd will be touring New Delhi as Wild City in association with Regenerate host him for their ‘Various Artists’ series at the ‘Summer House Cafe’. He then travels to Bangalore in association with Levitate and will feature at Blue Frog, before finally landing in Mumbai for the last leg of his tour.

9th July – Razzberry Rhinoceros – Mumbai

Dauwd’s sonic prowess has made him an integral member of the Berlin event series and radio show ‘African Acid is the future’. Not one to restrict himself to genre but one who operates within the confines of his outrageous skills, he will surely bring a new aural palette to the Indian audience .

His debut India tour is a great opportunity for electronic music aficionados across the country to experience one of contemporary music’s brightest talents.

Regenerate is an agency which was established in Bombay in 2014 with the intention of developing a sustainable platform for the exposure of electronic music and musicians in India. As an agency, Regenerate currently is home to nine resident Indian artists. Over the last few years the team have thrown marquee parties at many of Mumbai’s historical iconic venues such as ‘By the Pier’ on the Bombay Radio Club Pier in Colaba and the debut edition at the Sitara film studios. Apart from marquee events , Regenerate also host regular weekly parties at hand-picked venues across Mumbai.
