Currently, holding the title of Australia’s number one DJ, the Melbourne man has stepped up his game with nine tracks at once served in an explosive EP titled, “Another Land” – and it’s close to being too much to handle.

The EP opens with “Bourne,” a big room bouncy track. It’s a crowd pleaser with aggressive sharp basslines and energy that blows your mind away and will keep you dancing in the air.

Will has also proved his potential to try something completely different and produce results in the form of a track named “Kerfu.” It is a mid tempo, mellow and breezy track giving a new direction to this EP.

Will’s collaboration with Samuel James, “Myriad” also stands out in a big way on this EP. It has an incredible, almost cinematic build complete with big drums before seamlessly transitioning to a bounce drop. “Kerfu” and “Myriad” provide a perfect balance to the EP and are testimony to the fact that Will Sparks is an outstanding producer.

Sparks also collaborated with Danny David on a track called ‘Brain Washer’. As the name suggests, this track will certainly give listeners a complete brainwash because of its dynamic energetic, punchy basslines and bouncy chunky grooves creating another level of breakdown.

The title track of the EP, “Another Land” by Will Sparks features vocals, a refreshing change up for fans who enjoy singing along to their favorite song. It is filled with a variety of emotional and sensitive feel good melodies that support the vocals.

‘Next To You’ is another vocal track featuring voice of Angel Taylor. Angel Taylor is an established singer and songwriter with noteworthy ability to capture the attention of her audience through every word. Will Sparks manages to translate the emotional lyrics and fantastic voice of Taylor into a marvelous tune with tech grooves and a superb breakdown.

‘Here We Go’ is a modern hybrid of epic progressive house with energetic synths that will excite the crowds and bring euphoria from head to toe. The bassline is explosive yet trippy while the groove is chunky making this track quite edgy and aggressive.

‘Psycho’ moves on the same path with ultra fat pounding drums, a maddening electro bassline and cool bass infused music elements. The climax is dynamic infused with colourful synths, sound effects and constant variation that never sounds boring or over the top.

Every track on the EP makes perfect sense on the dance floor while holding a lot of variety within that mould. This compilation marks the end of an incredibly successful year, both for Sparks and for Melbourne Bounce, which has been one of the breakout genres of 2014.
