Progressive house producer Alex H signed to Monstercat today with a two-track chill house EP, ‘Eagle Rock.’
Taking inspiration from his musical idols Dan Sieg and deadmau5, “Turn Back The Clocks” echoes with hypnotic pads and an arrangement of moody instrumentals channeling a deeper side to his musicality.
Aptly named after a friend who shaped his career, the title track leads with a cathartic opening that builds into a meditative groove with ethereal synths and soothing claps. The EP showcases Alex’s sonic versatility, with more emotive, organic soundscapes to come in 2023.
