Firing off from the release of ‘One Life’ under his HEREN alias which achieved worldwide exposure with a first unveiling on Desigual’s ‘Exotic Jeans’ campaign, he signifies once more his ability to create fresh, forward thinking material with this exciting new alias. With ANJ being an Egyptian hieroglyphic meaning ‘life’ – the alias portrays his music in a new light, transmitting his believe that music is life and a lifestyle for him as an artist.
The EP kicks off by the electronic fused melodies and progressive tones of opening track ‘We Are One’ that’s sets the scene to showcase ANJ’s fresh musical outlook. Taking things up a gear, ‘Trrss’ catapults the EP into a vocal-tinged, driving peak time cut finely engineered for dancefloor domination. ‘Traffic’ comes in third with a squelchy bass house beat that packs some serious punch and concludes this triple packed EP, which so far hs been picking up strong support.
