“I actually met KeeQ just nerding out on music,” said BLOND:ISH, “We were talking about energy which warped into us deciding to collaborate on this track to spread the positive vibes even wider. Tamara’s vocals also mention energy of course! I love opening with this track, it’s a builder.”

A DJ, producer and record label head who draws inspiration from soundtracking in the present moment, BLOND:ISH pushes the boundaries of the electronic genre with music that heightens your senses, opens your heart and makes you feel good – and this track is no exception.

“Remember Me” masterfully captures the mesmerizing spirit of Tulum – a place of special significance to the artist and home to an annual ABRACADABRA festival- translating sound into a multi-sensory, full-body journey.

Co-founded in 2017 on the sands of Tulum, by BLOND:ISH and her partner Liana Hillison, ABRACADABRA is a female-powered collective and multi-dimensional experience rooted in music, self-love, magic and activism.

Connecting culture and entertainment, ABRACADABRA is the portal to BLOND:ISH’s ‘Happy Happy World’ that transports all in its ethos to mind-bending global festivals, wellness workshops and beyond through a curated lineup of moments that exist both IRL and online. On Saturday, April 14, ABRACADABRA will be landing in London to deliver a mind-bending, IRL experience that breaks down traditional barriers between artist and fans.

“Remember Me is an emotive, big room house groover, that was inspired by Tamara Blessa’s enchanting vocals and the infectious energy of Tulumn,” said KeeQ, “We wanted to create a track that would get people on their feet and dancing, and transport the listener into a world of pure sonic bliss. The result was a euphoric sound journey that will leave a lasting impression on anyone who hears it.”

Bursting onto the scene in late 2021, KeeQ is one of the underground dance music scene’s brightest new prospects. His style can be described as a hybrid between house and techno with tribal and emotive elements, with KeeQ highlighting Nic Fancuilli, Hot Since 82, Mele, DJ Chus, Steve Lawler, and Nick Curly as influences to his production style. KeeQ skillfully layers a passion for transportive sounds and infectious beats onto this track, further amplifying Blessa’s vocals and seductively captivating lyrics.

“Remember Me is a dreamy electronic song that I was thrilled to collaborate on and help bring to life by adding a meaningful lyrical connection,” said Tamara, “Music should inspire people to create unforgettable memories and encourage the listener to think with a new perspective. We hope that “Remember Me” inspires and empowers. Whoever you are, wherever you are, give ‘em something to remember!”

This track marks BLOND:ISH’s first new drop following a dynamite collaboration with Madonna to revive chart-topping single “Sorry”, which paired the queen of pop’s instantly recognizable, pitched-down vocals with an enthralling, slow-burning house production. BLOND:ISH’s other recent releases include “Sete” alongside Haitian sensation Francis Mercier and Grammy-nominated duo Amadou & Mariam AND “Tra Tra ” in collaboration with Nfasis and Hugel – which reached #1 on Beatport Top 100 / Main Chart – and has received tremendous radio support from SiriusXM Diplo’s Revolution, KISS FM (TCTS), BBC Radio 1’s Dance Party (Charlie Hedges) and more.

The environmental activist and Web3 entrepreneur also recently announced the debut of the world’s VERY FIRST biodegradable, PHA Vinyl #PlasticFreeParty in partnership with vinyl R&D experts at Evolution Music & DeepGrooves delivering the future, without compromising a single bit on sound quality. Made using naturally occurring bacteria to build a plastic replication, the 14-track vinyl (released on her label ABRACADABRA) is entirely bio based, and will naturally break down in any environment, including the ocean.
