Following Love Me Like You Do at the start of this year, D.T.E continues a promising 2023 with new throttling anthem ‘MAMA’ via Spinnin’ Records.
Fulfilling his passions for euphoric dance anthems across hardstyle, house, future and electro spectrums, German DJ-producer D.T.E has been making waves since he first started touring at the age of 17 with online radio Technobase.fm as their resident DJ.
Since then D.T.E has evolved into an artist with global appeal experiencing a breakout year in 2020 with his debut release The Passenger alongside LUM!X & Gabry Ponte that amassed over 140M streams, 23M YT views and Gold and Platinum certifications. Meanwhile, 2021’s follow up More than I Can Say with Gamper & Dadoni earned over 25 million Spotify streams.
A destined hit making machine, more recent anthems followed like Wanna Give You Love, It’s A Hard Knock Life, Don’t Play By The Rules (with Prezioso) and Pride (In The Name Of Love), which in turn all brought D.T.E major streams averaging in the millions each time.
Now D.T.E heats up 2023 delivering relentless bass on new single ‘MAMA’ whilst sharing the relatable message about picking ourselves up when life gets inevitably tough. Its lyrics of encouragement, “ain’t nobody cry for ma-ma-ma / I said ain’t nobody cry for ma-ma-ma” and “The road goes up and the road goes down / Life gets tough then we flip it around”, make for a wisdom filled banger. Describing the release, D.T.E shares, “MAMA comes unexpectedly and fiercely. The song title might lead you to think otherwise, but it is in fact a party track with a rather relentless pace.”
