Welcome to the future with the third installment of ‘Generation HEX’, the EP series on Don Diablo’s HEXAGON imprint presenting the rising stars of tomorrow. With the Amsterdam Dance Event in full effect, part 3 has turned into a very special ADE Sampler.
Known for delivering major hits and a renowned talent scout, HEXAGON has quickly established itself as well respected dance label since its launch last year. Not only head honcho Don Diablo has produced some of its biggest releases, artists like Sam Feldt, Alex Adair, King Arthur, Madison Mars and Toby Green also delivered some highly acclaimed tracks.
This included the launch of ‘Generation HEX’, an EP series where the label explores many of its newly found talents. Earlier this year part 1 was released, featuring the burgeoning stars NomNom, Khrebto, Sagan and Jonas Aden. The ‘Generation HEX 002 EP’ again was a blueprint of what’s happening in the scene, bringing together four acts (Holl & Rush, PBH & Jack Shizzle, Steff Da Campo and Corderoy) with each a sound of their own, with the broad HEXAGON sound cementing it all together.
And now, part 3 is here, aptly titled the ‘ADE Sampler’, bringing together the largest amount of upcoming artists to date. Expect ten (!) tracks to hit you this time, each with a sound and vibe of its own, brought to you by the newest tastemakers around, from familiar HEXAGON faces to some new characters entering the scene.
The line-up is as followed: Sagan, Madison Mars, Landis, Jonas Aden & Brooks, Dropgun & Farleon, Ryan Blythe x Duane Harden, Bali Bandits, Going Deeper, Vndy Vndy and Toby Green.
“A little over a year ago I started my label to support records and talent that I am passionate about. Fast forward to now a lot has changed. The “HEXAGON sound” has taken over clubs and radio stations across the globe and with this lots of new talent has risen. Unfortunately I have to be very picky when it comes to releases on my label, simply because there is too much good music out there. This year I decided to do a full on ADE sampler because I wanted to showcase all this amazing talent in one compilation and to present the world the future….of Future House. Every single track on the compilation is unique, well produced and original in it’s own way so I am very proud to present these ten amazing tracks and the talent that comes with it!
