One of Brazil’s most recognized producers, FTampa is set to follow up on the wild success of his new song, ‘Who We Are’ – which has already racked up almost 3 million audio streams in just a month – with the release of the official video for the song.
The music video was recorded in Los Angeles and it is a tribute to FTampa’s mother. It celebrates the relationship of mother and son. It was directed by Mess Santos, who had previously worked with FTampa on the ‘Our Way’ video (+24M streams combined).
“I always wanted to pay tribute to my mother and this song represents a lot about a special moment and about going ahead and being who you are. I wanted to make a video with all the memories I have from my mother. She passed away when I was very young, but those memories have been kept in my memory forever” – FTampa says.
“Who We Are” is a pop/dance catchy tune that is set to follow up on the huge success of his latest singles, which combined have amassed over 80M streams. Prior to “Who We Are”, FTampa released ‘Glowing’, ‘Our Way’ and ‘Love Is All We Need’ – that accumulates +40M streams on Spotify! The last one, “Love Is All We Need”, was also the soundtrack of a promo video of the 14th season of the American series “Grey’s Anatomy” broadcasted in all Latin-America.
