One of the biggest EDM festivals, ULTRA Europe took place last weekend in Croatia. Artists such as Steve Angello and Carl Cox were not the only ones to showcase a stellar performance on day 2. Dutch DJ/producer and former World #1 DJ, Hardwell also joined the party to set the stage on fire.
The Dutchman is popularly known for his countless big room hits. Although those of you following him from his initial days will know that he started off as a Tech House/Dirty Dutch producer. While breaking into the scene, he launched his own record label ‘Revealed Recordings’ whose initial rereleases were all underground tracks. One of those popular releases was ‘Three Triangles’.
Over time as he gained popularity, Hardwell changed his style of production. He started producing tracks that were commercially inclined, particularly big-room. A bunch of fans were disappointed by the fact that they wouldn’t hear new sounds from Hardwell’s original style.
Brace yourselves, we have good news for you. Hardwell just premiered this massive ID during his ULTRA Europe set and we can’t get over it. The ID has all elements of the signature Hardwell tune – the high synths, the groovy percussions and the zesty bassline.
We are absolutely in love with this groove-house tune. And, you must check it out below if you haven’t already.
Let’s hope that we get to see many more such releases from him in the future.
Stay tuned for further updates.
