Splinter Cell Remixes Julien Earle’s Single, ‘To The Music’

Reflection is a record label owned by Julien Earle who used the imprint mainly to release his own music, but he has also released music on other labels such as 1605, Kraftek and Respekt.

The new release on Reflection features a new rework of a track called “To The Music” that was produced by Julien Earle and released as a single on Reflection.

Following up on the release of the To The Music original, the new release on Reflection is a single track release with a new remix by Splinter Cell.

Splinter Cell makes a first official release with their remix of To The Music, and it’s unclear whether it’s a brand new talent or an existing artist working under a new alias. The remix is rather impressive though, and definitely shows off a high calibre of production skill.

Raising the tempo of the original, Splinter Cell’s remix is built around a percussive framework with slamming snare hits, fast-paced hi-hats and a pounding kick drum. The original’s lead synth remains centre stage along with the vocal, but there are some additional synths that add eerie undertones to the brutality of the groove.
