About APEK

In 2013, Hardwell chose Josh Gilbert as the winner of his Winter Music Conference contest and flew him to Miami to meet in person. That same weekend Hardwell was ranked the #1 DJ in the world. Linking up with platinum-selling artists Breathe Carolina in 2015 has captured the attention of some of the industry’s biggest record labels, including Armin Van Buuren’s Armada, who released their track Anywhere But Home, which reached the #1 progressive house slot, and #5 on the Beatport main charts. Following the success of Anywhere But Home, APEK and Breathe Carolina hit the road for the 21 City Anywhere But Home Tour which grew APEK’s fan base across the country. APEK’s next collaboration with Breathe Carolina “Lovin” was released on Armada inMarch and features platinum selling vocalist Neon Hitch who helped premiere the track in a live performance with both artists on stage at Ultra Music Festival. APEK’s next release Voices was released on Tritonals imprint Enhanced Music and received the #4 progressive house slot, and major support from many big named artists including TIesto, Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Tritonal & Nicky Romero.
