Out now on Ultra Music, “Smoke Bomb” has the producer, known for his bass-heavy swagger, dressing up his production for Snoop with classic west coast hip-hop elements. The result is nothing short of explosive.
“Overly excited to have worked with the Doggfather himself…he’s been one of my favorite rappers since I can remember; like straight up since I was like 10 years old,” says DATSIK. “I used to steal my older brothers CD’s and bump it in my room and one of them was his album Doggystyle. I wanted to bring back some of that hellafide gangster flavor that got me into it from the start and mash it into something new, but hella familiar. Big respect to Snoop!!!”
