STBAN, the FLAMENCA Records boss, makes it back to his home imprint with his new single, ‘PA’SIEMPRE’, showcasing Spanish flamenco fusion artist Aroa Fernández.
Following hot on the heels of his Toolroom Trax appearance with James Hurr, STBAN continues his exploration of the flamenco house sound, treating fans to a mix of heartfelt vocals, tight instrumentalism, and forward-thinking electronic textures. The song is also boosted by a remake by Italian producer Raffa FL, who incorporates a club-based darker tone to the original track.
‘PA’SIEMPRE’ combines Aroa Fernández’s haunting vocal delivery with bristling trumpets from Enriquito Trompeta, chugging percussion, and shimmering guitar sections from Josemi Carmona. The remix progressively builds tension and energy while maintaining a refined, less-is-more approach. Each element has been meticulously crafted to create a hypnotic groove that keeps listeners engaged, highlighting both the traditional flamenco roots and modern electronic influences.
Raffa FL explained how he went about remixing the song by saying, “When I listened to the original track for the first time, I immediately resonated with its vocal drive and rhythmic base. My vision was to maintain that emotional core but push it to a darker, club-focused place, with raw percussion and low-end basslines. I wanted the remix to have that hypnotic beat that makes you keep moving but lose none of the original’s identity.”
Raffa FL is firmly established on the worldwide house scene, having released on labels such as Toolroom Records, Lost Records, Roush, Definition:Music, OFF Recordings, and Material in the past. His productions have gained support from well-known artists like Droog, Russ Yallop, Sidney Charles, Matthias Tanzmann, Hector Couto, and Cuartero. The new signing is his first time on FLAMENCA Records, and therefore the collaboration with STBAN and Aroa Fernández is an important addition to his expanding discography.
Aroa Fernández is known for her skill of combining flamenco, jazz, and contemporary electronic music. She has worked with mainstream artists such as El Maka, Dellafuente, La Plazuela, Pepe y Vicio, El Barrio, and Los Chicos. Aside from commercial work, Fernández also has a strong presence in contemporary and neo-flamenco, working alongside established artists such as Marina Heredia, Chico Pérez, Jorge Pardo, Carlos Benavent, Ketama, and Diego del Morao. Her unique style infuses ‘PA’SIEMPRE’ with authenticity and emotional resonance, bridging the divide between traditional flamenco and modern house music.
The song can be found on every global DSP and download retailer from October 10, 2025. With its irresistible remix, ‘PA’SIEMPRE’ showcases the flexibility of flamenco house and speaks to the creative vision of STBAN, Raffa FL, and Aroa Fernández. The song guarantees to ring out in close spaces as well as in clubs, endearing itself to listeners of flamenco, electronic, and progressive house music.
This partnership reflects FLAMENCA Records’ intent on breaking genre genres and building progressive projects that bridge old musical frameworks with contemporary electronic production. ‘PA’SIEMPRE’ is set to make an unmistakable mark on world dance floors while elevating the artistry and technical prowess of all involved.
