We are just midway through March and American electro-pop duo, The Chainsmokers are gearing up to release their 3rd single of the year.
The duo released a single each month earlier this year, ‘Sick Boy’ in January and ‘You Owe Me’ in February.
It’s time for new The Chainsmokers’ music this Friday! The duo is all set to release their latest single titled ‘Everybody Hates Me’ tomorrow. This single was unexpectedly premiered at a concert in Prague. And ever since, fans have been eagerly awaiting the release. Over the last week the duo has been teasing the release on their Instagram handle.
‘Everybody Hates Me’ is a very emotional song and has fantastic lyrics. The beat of the track and the hook are very addictive and we are sure that all of this topped with Dew Taggert’s vocals is going to keep this track playing on repeat everywhere. With this single, the duo is returning to their original future bass style production. However, some elements of the track seem quite similar to their earlier release, ‘Sick Boy’.
We were lucky enough to catch hold of a high-quality fan recording of the duo premiering their single with drummer Matt McGuire in Prague. Watch the highly energetic performance below:
