Superstar duo The Chainsmokers have won a lot of hearts across the globe, with their chart-topping music. Now, the duo has won hearts with an act of kindness, by helping a teen suffering from cystic fibrosis – Sarah Hodges, fulfill her dream.
Sarah Hodges, who suffers the deadly Cystic Fibrosis which normally doesn’t let people live beyond the age of 30, is the teen that received the surprise from the duo. Make A Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada created the opportunity for Sarah to fulfill her dream of working in the dance music industry. Sarah was gifted a fully stocked MacBook Pro, with a production software and a whole library of amazing music. She now is all geared up and excited to embark on her new musical journey.
Such acts prove to us the power of music and show us that international stars are not just people who can make crowds rave but also bring smiles on faces and help build lives. This is a great inspiration to young people, especially upcoming DJs who would look up to The Chainsmokers. Alex and Drew, you have our respect.
Send out your compliments for the duo too!
