Reading Sidney Samson’s CV is quite staggering. He’s worked with Steve Aoki, Lil Jon, Flo Rida, Afrojack, Martin Garrix, Shakira, Pitbull, Will.I.Am, LMFAO and numerous others over the last few years, as well as delivering huge remixes for Kylie Minogue, David Guetta, Kelly Rowland and Martin Solveig.
With massive hits such as ‘Move’, ‘Magic’, ‘Thunderbolt’, ‘Get Low’,’Torrent’, ‘Bang It To The Curb’ and the classic ‘Riverside’ (which went to number one in his native Holland and number two in the UK) and his internationally syndicated Artificial radio show, it would be easy for Samson to play safe, but that’s not in his nature. Starting a new label (also named ‘Artificial’) he’s out to defy expectations with the first release, ‘Oohwok On Fleek’ featuring vocalist Yeshua Alexander.
Taking Trap further onto the dancefloor in a way that both Diplo and David Guetta have already given their seal of approval to, ‘Oohwok On Fleek’ will be one of the summer’s anthems for sure.
