When you claim your label is all about groove, you can’t ignore the French house scene with their organic sounds and disco influences. Though Wess comes from Croatia, he sounds French. Even the French can’t deny it and he can take that as a compliment. Wess his new track Redemption does what is says: It sets you free from your daily struggles and takes you on a musical journey. We just had to release this beauty!
The 23-year-old Wess released on Flamingo Recordings earlier this year and gained massive support from Afrojack, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Arty, John Dählback and many others. Over the last few months it seems like the Croatian DJ/producer changed his sound a bit. We can definitely hear more groovy French influences than before.
Redemption is a real beauty. It’s been a long time since we heard such an amazing build up. It keeps going and going, but at the same time new elements are being added every time, keeping it interesting. Besides that, the violins are spot on. Some say Redemption is a classic in the making; all we know is that we are really glad that its out!
