And when the public got wind of the fact that the pop star was seemingly in a relationship with a handsome mystery guy, fans were quick to cheer her on from the sidelines.
Yet as it turns out Kesha’s latest relationship wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. In fact, according to the “Blah Blah Blah” singer, she’s now under the impression that her former beau was only pursuing their romance for the perks of dating a celebrity.

Kesha is known for keeping her private life out of the public eye, yet she shared a telling piece of information about her latest beau, who allegedly used the pop star for fame perks. The “Tik Tok” singer got real about her ex-boyfriend’s seemingly disingenuous reasons for dating her, explaining to Elle Magazine, “I had a feeling that he was in it for the wrong reasons and was a bit of a starf*cker.”
To test this theory, Kesha took the liberty of attending one of Taylor Swift’s parties without him. The singer continued, explaining, “I decided to test that theory and took one of my friends instead of him to Taylor Swift’s party. He came over the next day and broke up with me.” Not cool!
Kesha Seems To Have a New Man, But She’s Denying Anything Serious
It seems like the award-winning artist is enjoying her current single status, while having fun with some casual romantic flings in the meantime. The celeb was chased down by TMZ while she was walking hand in hand with a mystery man, but she was quick to dismiss any relationship rumors. Instead, Kesha labeled him as her hookup buddy, as opposed to anything serious.
Kesha boldly told the entertainment news outlet, “I’m just using him for sex!” (Gotta love her dry sense of humor.)
According to the singer, she refuses to enter another romantic relationship until she finds somebody who treats her the way she deserves to be treated. She explained to Elle Magazine, “I’m only going to enter into a partnership again if someone treats me as well as I treat myself.” Kesha continued, saying, “I kept hearing people say, ‘I’m looking for The One.’ I kept waiting for somebody else to fill that space, and then I just stepped into it myself. You gotta be all those things to yourself – your own boyfriend, sugar daddy, rich husband, best friend, cheerleader.”
