Prince Harry is proud of Meghan Markle, and he’s making sure the world knows it.
As Meghan dives back into the spotlight with a fresh wave of projects, Harry is standing by her side and backing her every move.
The Duchess of Sussex is on a serious comeback streak. She’s 43 now and just dropped a whole lineup of new work – her lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard, a personal podcast, and a Netflix docuseries. And guess what? Prince Harry is fully here for it.
In a recent chat with People magazine, Harry didn’t hold back. He said, “I am so happy for my wife and fully support absolutely everything she’s done and continues to do.” He also called her work “incredible” and said he was “incredibly proud” of everything she’s accomplished.
And he’s not just saying it – he’s showing up. When Meghan’s Netflix series With Love, Meghan premiered in March, Harry made a sweet cameo. During a brunch scene in the final episode, he leaned over and kissed her, saying: “You did a really great job. I love it.”
Her lifestyle brand As Ever also dropped in March, and its first product line sold out in less than an hour. Then in April, Meghan launched her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder with Lemonada Media. The show is all about what women go through in the business world – something Meghan’s clearly lived.
Meanwhile, Harry’s still dealing with his own drama back in the UK. He’s currently fighting a legal battle to get their official security protection reinstated. After stepping down from royal duties in 2020, the Sussexes lost access to state-funded protection, which Harry says left his family vulnerable.
He told People outside the Royal Courts of Justice on April 9 that the security issue “has always mattered the most.” According to him, the move to cut their protection was less about cost and more about control. He even hinted that King Charles could step in to reverse it – but hasn’t.
Now based in California with Meghan and their kids, Archie and Lilibet, Prince Harry seems more committed than ever to protecting and supporting his family – especially as Meghan reclaims her space in the public eye.
