Aspyer’s brand new track is out on all digital platforms and its definitely smoking hot.
STMPD Records has developed a brand for itself and for raising talented artists such as Seth Hills, Magnificence etc. and Aspyer definitely positioned himself as the cream layer producer over a period of time.
“Slash” first received support from Martin Garrix’s Tomorrowland friendship mix and was also played by Dash Berlin in his very own DailyDash. It was last seen on the 294th Edition of the Martin Garrix show.
The record is a good modern throwback. The sound design of specific elements in the track certainly trace back to the old school orientations. The record certainly did not fear bass and surely implemented many elements that complemented its four to the floor structure. With top notch vocal samples making great appearances and a solid build up, the track heads towards its crown jewel, the drop.
Many producers struggled to provide a big replacement to the saturated festival big room music. But producers like Aspyer and Seth Hills have definitely struck balance between festival and club scene by embracing a Bass-Electro house hybrid sound. Give it a listen.
