After many years of waiting and speculating, the release date for the fabled “Nopus” ID is finally declared.
Eric Prydz delivered the good news to his fans on social media with a video from his previous live performance captioned “Eric Prydz – NOPUS Out Friday 23rd October”.
Surprisingly, Eric adopted the fan given title “Nopus” as the final project name. The fan given name was used to refer to the track’s similarities to its sister track “Opus” in terms of sound, production, and arrangement. Prydz hinted the release of this progressive gem by replying back saying “It’s coming” when a fan urged him to “release “Nopus ID” and heal the world”.

This melodically packed progressive tune was first heard at the end of his EDC Las Vegas set in 2016 and has appeared many times in his sets across the global venues.
The official release date for Eric Prydz’s “Nopus” is Friday, October 23rd.
