“We Are Dust” is the DJs highly anticipated album that is now out on Monstercat. After a brief hiatus from Monstercat, this seems a really great comeback for the artist!
From the energetic “Blue Shadows”, to the raw sounding “Human Error”, the track displays a lot of variety. Furthermore, “Discarded”, “Only Now” and “To Dust” add a lot of vigor to the pack offering a true taste of the artist’s capabilities.
Ever since his iconic “Choose Me II” in 2011, Xilent has been rising in reputation. With a few years of experience and a few million streams under his belt, Xilent put out his debut album We Are Virtual in May 2015, which was met with critical acclaim. The LP was far ahead of its time, intuitively blending Xilent’s unique dubstep style with elements of trance, electro, and drum & bass, and giving listeners a coherent journey through the sonics of bass music in a manner that was practically unparalleled at the time.
Having produced music for the likes of OWSLA, Disciple and Never Say Die, Xilent has produced phenomenal works like “The Fall” with Seven Lions. “We Are The Dust” is truly a 42-minute treat for those who love experimental, new music.
