Just when you thought the Pharrell Williams/Daft Punk musical love affair was winding down, the Robots have once again collaborated with the Grammy winning singer/producer/all-around radio king, on Williams’ G I R L track “Gust of Wind.” It’s a funky mid-tempo groove in a completely different lane than “Come Get It Bae,” Pharrell’s new pair-up with Miley Cyrus (which, quite frankly, is basically a “Blurred Lines” redux).
Here Thomas and Guy-Manuel’s vocals are put on chorus duty, while Pharrell extolls the virtues of his object of affection on the verses. Check it out below!
