Today, Pablo Nouvelle signed with Amsterdam based record company Armada Music.
On January 22nd, the Swiss musician and filmmaker will release his forthcoming artist album ‘All I Need’ on the label. ‘All I Need’ marks Pablo Nouvelle’s second artist album, the first being debut album ‘Pablo Nouvelle’ in 2013.
With a sound often described as a blend of melancholic pop, modern soul, and dance music, Pablo Nouvelle starts a new chapter in his career through the extensive collaboration with Armada Music. It is that very same signature sound that shines throughout the entirety of his new album, which holds ‘I Will’ feat Sam Wills as one of the most stand-out and fresh singles of its time.
Pablo Nouvelle’s musical prowess comes from his limitless interest in the American soul history, having named the likes of Marvin Gaye, Donny Hathaway, and Willie Wright as artists that have been an inspiration to him. Other major influencers of Pablo Nouvelle’s sound include Bonobo, the XX, Radiohead, and Frank Ocean.
