Yesterday, Protocol Recordings released ‘Ispolins,’ the self-titled single from Russia’s newest emerging duo. A few months ago, one half of Ispolins flew to the Protocol Recordings studio all the way from Russia in hopes of sharing their music and story with Nicky. With his tenacious efforts and luck on his side, he was able to do just that, and Nicky even took him into the studio to share their story on Protocol Radio. Fast forward to today, and now Ispolins has a smash single release on the label.
On ‘Ispolins,’ the promising duo has built evolving string arrangements and layered synths around heavy percussion work for a jaw-dropping electro-house track. With their story and production work, it’s clear that Ispolins has earned their place as part of the Protocol Recordings squad.
