Still Young – Midnight (Original Mix) [Available September 29]

After having filled festival tents and dance floors alike this summer, Still Young – a project nurtured by none other than Steve Angello, finally get their debut solo release on Size Records with ‘Midnight’, out 29th of September.

Opening sparsely with solitary claps ‘Midnight’ constantly builds around it’s impressive melody that hooks you in until the gargantuan drop unleashes a big, bold rhythm at the centre of the track. This is big room progressive house at it’s finest.

With music at the heart of everything they do, it was these two young talents sound and vision that captured label boss Steve Angello’s well trained ear.

One of the most requested songs in Angello’s set, and a guest on his BBC Radio 1 Residency show, Still Young has undoubtedly won the Size family over with ‘Midnight’.

From such a strong platform, Still Young’s music speaks for itself, with their remix of ‘You’ by Galantis named as 2014 WMC tune of the year and their most recent production, a remix of Clean Bandit and Sharna Bass’s ‘Extraordinary’ reaching number 8 in the Beatport progressive house chart after being released only last week.

With collaborations in the pipeline with Tom Staar, and Danny Howard naming forthcoming single ‘Feels Like Summer’ his ‘future anthem’, ‘Midnight’ adds to the reasons why this is just the beginning for the duo.
